How long will shipping take?
Unless item is designated as: pre-order, print on demand, or team store. All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Detroit, Michigan. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Hitclub Hockey. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and shipping details. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Keep in mind once order is placed – we are working on processing your order as timely as possible. Some items might not be printed or need printing in our Michigan Facility. We will hold the entire order until these items are hand-crafted and produced in house. Once the order is ready it will ship. You should receive another email once your order ships but keep in mind you can always view your order information and tracking from your customer account.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Hitclub Hockey. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships. Once an order has been processed or label is created – (and or shipped), we’re unable to change the delivery address. For the fastest help, reach out via email or phone with your order number and the correct address details and one of our customer service reps (Caleb), (Mike) will be happy to assist.
